Classes cost $30 for a drop-in or you can purchase at 10-class card for $250. The class card expires after 1 year.

All classes are geared towards gentle movement and restorative postures. Classes may involve some standing movement, posture holding on the floor with props, and some breathing exercises. Class sizes are capped at 10 students so there is space for individual support from your experienced instructor. Class pacing is slow and holds an intention for rest, nourishment, healing and wellbeing.

Wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat (or you can rent one), and a spill-free water container for tea or water. Please plan to turn your phone completely off or leave it in the car.
